Public Administration, B.S.

The Bachelor of Science in Public Administration equips students with knowledge and skills that cover a wide range of topics and disciplines related to the public sector. Students acquire knowledge about government bodies and agencies, including municipal, state and federal operations in areas such as intergovernmental relations, human resource management, public policy and budgeting and finance.

Public Administration, M.P.A.

The MPA program is designed to develop the student’s leadership, decision making, and critical thinking abilities while exposing the student to PA theory and practices focusing on governance across the PA landscape to include government, non-profit and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that provide public services.

Public Health, B.S.

This degree prepares students for employment in a public health profession or for graduate studies in public health and has three different concentration areas (Community Health Education, Public Health Laboratory Professional, and Public Health Professional).

Spanish, B.A.

Our department offers programs of study leading to the Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with All Level Certification. Both degrees seek to give students high proficiency levels in the language, as well as an understanding of the Hispanic culture and analytical skills achieved through the study of Hispanic literature. A teacher certification option is available in the program to teach at the secondary level.

Theatre, B.F.A.

Our Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre degree program works with students in hands-on training through every aspect of theatre production, from acting and make-up to production and construction. A teacher certification option is available in the program to teach at the secondary level.
