The Department of Accounting, Finance, and Economics offers the Master of Accounting degree. Students in this degree program will acquire the knowledge and hours required to sit for the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) exam, as well as a strong sense of accounting principles and business applications.

The Master of Science Degree in Agricultural and Consumer Resources is specifically designed for those who have completed an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Services and Development. The major objective is to increase the professional competence of teachers of agriculture, extension agents, and others pursuing professional agricultural careers.

The Department of Wildlife, Sustainability, and Ecosystem Sciences offers a Master of Science in Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences with two tracks. The purposes of these tracks differ somewhat according to the objectives, plans, and employment interests of individual students.

The Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication focuses on the communication and marketing aspects of the agriculture industry. Providing the student with both agricultural and communication knowledge and skills for exciting careers in agricultural publications, radio, livestock organizations, commodity groups, and governmental agencies that provide communication and information.

The Masters of Science in Agricultural Economics allows students to gain a deeper knowledge of a chosen career field and further develop analytical skills in agricultural economics, business planning, credit and finance, and resource allocation in production and marketing in production agriculture and agribusiness.
Agricultural Education, B.S.
The Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education also referred to as Agricultural Science with Teacher Certification, provides the skills and knowledge to become a teacher of Agricultural Science in public schools or pursue employment with government and agricultural business and industry.

The Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Services and Development focuses on a variety of different aspects of the agriculture industry, giving students a broad education on many subjects in agriculture. Student can select from concentrations in Agri-Industries and Agencies or Interdisciplinary Agriculture.
Animal and Natural Resource Sciences, Ph.D.
The Animal and Natural Resource Sciences Ph.D. is a unique program that reaches across disciplines to solve problems associated with maximizing energy and food production while conserving natural resources in the face of increased environmental stressors.

The Bachelor of Science in Animal Science provides a strong basic foundation in animal science courses, and places emphasis on courses based on the student’s concentration choice.
Animal Science, M.S.
The Bachelor of Science in Animal Science provides a strong foundation in animal science courses, and places emphasis on courses based on the student’s concentration choice: Science, Production, Business, Meat and Food Science; Range and Ranch Management; and Pre-veterinary Medicine.
Applied Psychology, M.S.
Tarleton State University now offers a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology. Upon successful completion of the degree coursework, students will be prepared for entry into a professional position in a variety of areas, or will be able to pursue doctoral study in psychological sciences.
