The CLS/MT certificate program is a 16 month professional course of study that prepares students for careers in diagnostic laboratory medicine. The M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree consists of coursework that satisfies the academic course requirements for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas. Students with a teaching certificate and two years teaching experience have the option to take coursework that gives them eligibility for the TExES school counseling certification test in order to become a Professional School Counselor. The Counseling faculty genuinely care for students by offering classes in the evenings, on weekends, online, and hybrid to meet the busy demands of a career and family.
